Full Swing
The swing is made up of many different systems that work together and allow us to make a functional golf swing.
For each golf movement we make, the human body and equipment undergoes a series of changes that provides the golfer with the ability and the energy to carry out these movements efficiently.
The bodies’ skeletal and muscular systems work together to allow our body to perform a huge variety of different movements concurrently with the club. An understanding of anatomy and equipment is imperative in golf, in order to begin to appreciate how both are connected and can be trained as one system.
Function of both the body and equipment can be calculated, examined and applied to the golf movement individually, and I am excited to be able to share this with you!
Explore the structure and function to better understand the basic movements required to make a healthy, efficient movement.
Goal:
1. Understand the predetermined human body.
2. Understand the concurrent separation and function of the body with the clubs.
3. Understand and demonstrate the cause and effect of separation.
4. Understand the health and efficiency benefits of staying within your own limitations.
