Colin Howe

Colin Howe – Golf Coach and Consultant.

Born in England and began playing golf aged 13, already a very capable athlete he went on to compete nationally and internationally in a number of sports. Colin also proved himself as a capable person while serving with distinction in the Army. Following a seven year career, Colin has been managing golfers of all levels from around the world.

Swing Method:

From the great range of experiences had, Colin has now developed his own understanding of the swing, combing natural movement with the correct limb seperations required to maintain a structured movement. 

International Author:

Colin was asked by one of the biggest publishing companies in the United States to produce a book based on his holistic approach to golf. In 2008 the golf book tittle ''Play Better Golf'' by Colin Howe was published around the world and has since been translated in another 6 languages. 

UK's leading tutor and authority on British Colleges Golf educational programme and has been the only tutor to have successfully taken a team of golfers to the British Colleges National Championship and won four times in a row, many golfers have gone onto compete for their country played on a number of tours and won national amateur events.

Putting:

In 2003 Colin met with established Putting Coach, David Hicks, who later went on to become Colin’s mentor in Putting, since then Colin has established himself, helping a number of players on the Tour which has already seen much success and wins.

Colin understands a combination of setup, custom fitting and good coaching practice to be fundamental to success all very much following the Ideas laid out by David Hicks.

Course Management:

Having been a Nationally Ranked Orienteer and having a greater understanding of maps and land contouring, Colin brings new ideas to the practicing on the golf course, adding a new dimensions to the game unique to him. All skills used by some of the best players around the world are now explained in Colin’s book and for the first time this explanation helps the golfer understand better on how to manage their game on the course.
